Day to Day

Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting Leadership:

• Act as a senior individual contributor, leading and supporting critical day-to-day accounting operations.
• Prepare and review monthly accounts, journal entries, and supporting schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You are responsible for internal and external communications in support of key business objectives, BD associate engagement, and regional company reputation.

SEA Internal and External Communication:

• Develop and deliver BD’s SEA communications plans, including integrated internal and external communications in support of regional priorities and objectives.

• Ensure compliance with BD Quality and Regulatory requirements and adherence to MarCom standards and procedures.

Preferred Requirements:

Primary Function of Position

The Commercial Distribution Manager for ASEAN is responsible for establishing, developing and supporting the assigned Distributor. This involves becoming an expert in ISI commercial operations, sales processes, use of surgical robotics and building high-performing teams that establish mutually beneficial distributor relationships.
