1. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that the team delivers value.
2. Project Leadership: Overseeing project execution, ensuring that it stays on track, meets deadlines, and adheres to the DTAS’s quality standards.
3. Project Team Management: Leading a team of consultants during project execution, providing guidance, mentorship, and support during project execution.
4. Problem Solving: Collaborating with clients and team members to identify key issues, provide recommendations, and design and implement solutions.
5. Communication: Proficiency in English is required, Effectively communicating findings, recommendations, and project status to clients and stakeholders through presentations and reports.
6. Business Development: Identifying opportunities for follow-up work or new projects with existing clients and contributing to proposals for new engagements.
7. Strategic Insight: Leveraging PTC solutions/industry knowledge/analytical skills to provide insights and recommendations that drive client success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder or above
- 5 years or above PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) project service delivery management and service business development exp.
- Fluent in English, if can speak Thai would be a great plus.
