About the Role

The Fundraising and Public Relations Manager/Senior Manager is a key contributor in achieving the annual fundraising target that enables the organisation’s overall goals to be met. The role helps to ensure that Daughters Of Tomorrow has a steady stream of revenue generation initiatives including but not limited to fundraising events, online campaigns and grant writing. This role is expected to develop and implement fundraising strategies that are aligned to the organisation’s goals and objectives, working closely with the Executive Director to ensure that existing and new programmes are funded properly. Responsibilities

Fundraising & Donor Management

• Expand and grow the donor base including foundations, corporate donors, government grants and individual donors through leads generation, grant writing, relationship building and engagement in support of fundraising strategy defined in the year
• Pipeline management and timely and accurate updates of donors’ giving records in Salesforce system and/or any other systems as required.Manage fundraising campaigns and events with the view to build long-term partnerships with individuals and corporates, and potential long-term volunteering relationships with corporate staff members

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and reporting on the financial performance of projects and company by producing and presenting accurate financial reports to specific deadlines. Oversee the finance team and ensure timely closure of the monthly accounts. 
• Responsible for statutory reporting and financial closing/reporting.
• Managing and developing the company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.
• Drive fundraising efforts and investor relations.
• Developing and implementing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk.
• Monitoring, interpreting, and managing budgets and cash flows and predicting future trends.
• Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations such as IRAS.
• Providing and interpreting financial information as and when required.
• Oversee tax, internal controls, and audit-related matters.
• Responsible for financial reporting and consolidation for the Group of companies, local and overseas.
• Supporting the formulation of strategic and long-term business plans.
• Researching, analyzing, and reporting on factors influencing business performance. Run simulations and scenario analysis.
• Advising on and managing the set-up of Finance and accounting functions of affiliates (local and overseas).

Contract Furniture company seeks a dynamic hard-working sales manager for the hospitality and contract market in Singapore. Mature, pleaseant with 1-2 years working experience is sought. Possess driving licence and car preferred. Successful incumbent will be responsibel for the B2B markets for both hotel, condominium and contract. Possible for travel to work the region is also included. Office is located in the east side with a 5 day work week and incentives if sales are closed.
