The Manager, Senior Care Division (Strategy & Development) is responsible for driving the growth and strategic direction of PCF Sparkle Care. Key duties include assisting in strategic planning, identifying opportunities for service expansion, and staying updated on industry trends. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Development:

• Assist the Head of Strategy & Development in formulating and executing growth strategies, identifying opportunities for service expansion, improvement, and innovation in eldercare.
• Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives for PCF Sparkle Care, ensuring alignment with long-term organizational objectives and community needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to maintain PCF Sparkle Care's position as a leader in the eldercare sector.

Partnership Development:

Qualifications:

• Degree Holder, preferably in Social Work, Gerontology, or Service Sector disciplines.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in eldercare or healthcare sector.
