The Market Development Manager, Diagnostics Insights is responsible for being the RIS Go-To-Market point contact for an assigned product/product category of Digital Health Solutions in Roche Information Solutions portfolio. The position is responsible for ensuring the commercial go-to-market success of that solution through the Product Lifecycle Framework.

For products that the Market Development Manager is not the ‘RIS Go-To-Market point contact’, they are responsible for supporting other Market Development Managers in identifying and driving pilots in their assigned country/market. The Opportunity

• Collaborate with MSD and CBP teams to ensure that campaign objectives are aligned and that all campaign assets adhere to the appropriate stakeholder's guidelines and specifications, including reviewing and ensuring that campaign creatives submitted by clients adhere to ad specs and requirements
• Participate in kick-off meeting with internal and external stakeholders to outline campaign requirements and deliverables
• Manage, organise and prioritise multiple ongoing campaigns under tight timelines
• Prepare campaign report with performance analysis and recommendations for future campaigns

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of digital experience in the advertising industry
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with internal and external parties
• Good organising abilities to prioritise campaigns and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager and Facebook Ads Manager is a plus

CRITICAL WORK FUNCTIONS & KEY TASKS

Oversee marketing strategies and campaigns

• Implement pricing strategies together with product development team in achieving organisation's objectives and client's satisfaction
• Develop marketing strategies and directions to differentiate in-house products from the market
• Ensure marketing campaigns achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and objectives
• Lead analyses of competitive environment and consumer trends

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

1. Bachelor degree in Marketing, Product marketing or Sciences in related fields
2. Minimum 8 years of marketing experience with proven track record in marketing and Go-To-Market planning and implementation in Southeast Asia region.
3. Preferably with experience in healthcare industry dealing with medical products, medical equipment, or consumer healthcare products
4. Good knowledge of utilizing different marketing channels with marketing budget
