The Deputy Manager shall support to the Corporate Safety Department in developing, implementing, and overseeing the Safety, Health, and Environment Management System (SHEMS) across project sites. The Deputy Manager will oversee and provide guidance to Project WSHE officers.

Key Responsibilities:

SHEMS GOVERNANCE AND OVERSIGHT

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legislations, codes, and regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SHEMS implementation and implement improvements as needed.
