What’s the job?

Develop new sales opportunities, build a robust sales platform and manage assigned account base in order to generate revenue and maximise performance both for the short and long term in line with sales target. Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with propulsion system integrators, ship builders and naval architect to facilitate the adoption and integration of energy storage systems in maritime applications.
• Work closely with standard product provider on collaborators in energy storage solutions for hybrid and fully electric ships, ensuring alignment on Durapower’s battery pack product offerings and sales strategies given DNV, BV, Lloyds’ certification.
• Effectively promote and sell battery packs, adhering to distribution agreements and ensuring smooth order facilitation.
• Create and implement sales strategies that integrate the strengths of partners’ solutions and Durapower’s battery packs to meet market demands and revenue targets.
• Oversee relationships with key accounts and distributors, ensuring successful adoption of battery systems and addressing client needs promptly.
• Evaluate market trends and sales performance, providing feedback to all stakeholders to refine strategies and optimize sales outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with significant B2B sales experience, ideally within the maritime industry and knowledge of some AC-DC, DC-DC topologies depending on type of end applications.
• 5 years of business development experience in the maritime sector especially in demand-led marine vessel, tug boat pursuits.
• Essential to have a track record of success and a strong network within the local marine industry with marine propulsion system and marine engine experience
• Experience working with system integrators, managing partnerships with technology providers, and coordinating with distributors.
• Good understanding of market-demand, energy storage systems, battery cells, and distribution practices will be an added advantage.
• Track record of successful client relationship management and achieving sales targets.
• Ability to analyse market trends and sales data to drive strategic decisions.

Manage daily store operations including store opening and closing

• Plan & implement learning journey for new hires, training calendar for Sales community and the necessary training administration (e.g. logistics setup, maintenance of training records etc).

• Collaborate with CIS Manager to implement global/regional CIS training modules for the Commercial team in Singapore.

Benchmarking Organisations, Consultants

• Manage external consultants for the customisation/ development of programmes which specifically meet sales training needs: research, programme design, testing/validation of programmes before implementation.

Global Sales Process

• Develop an intimate understanding of the business processes and deliverables of the various Sales Segments, so as to provide relevant coaching advice to Sales Reps & Managers.
• Participate proactively to improve adoption of Sales Process.

Training Systems Management

• Develop a consistent approach to sales learning that is effective and ‘accelerated learning’ based, through the adoption of learning technologies and synergy with local and Global Sales Process
• Ensure that:training schedules are observed
  - training logs are maintained
  - training logs are forwarded to HR
  - training utilization and summary are forwarded to HR
  
• This role has no direct report and authority over country line and functional personnel. Nevertheless he/she must be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of sales experience in a logistics industry, with at least 2 years of coaching/ mentoring/ training capacity
• Experience in leading the development and delivery of learning solutions in a service or sales environment is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in delivery to all levels of stakeholders.
• Experience with sales processes and systems will be preferred.

We are new on home and commercial storefront decoration and furniture supply.

As business development needs, we are looking for to hire 2 sales and markting managers, he/she with related experience will be given priority, experience at digital and/or online business developent marketing is much better.

The company has regular customers, and your job is to follow up on the customer's work progress. At the same time, she/he needs to find more business on the same area.

You need to work 5 days a week normally, and 5.5 day a week occasionally, sometime may need to wort at night for setup jobs.

The starting basic salary is $3000 for apprentices and $3500 for experienced ones. There is a probation period of 3 months. After passing the probation period, the salary will be increased by 300 upon signing the contract.

The sales performance is $20,000 per month. After reaching 20,000, there will be a 5% commission (excluding the 20,000).

You will have 12 days of annual leave.
