Skills and Experience

• 5+ yrs of sales and business development experience in high-tech products
• Demonstrated ability to engage and nurture executive-level relationships
• Experience preparing and driving techno commercial proposals and account plans
• Strong Factory Automation / Precision Manufacturing / Automation domain knowledge, experience, and professional network
• The candidate’s profile should include more specifically “hunting” sales skills
• Excellent stakeholder manager with strong negotiation and people management skills
• Bachelor’s Degree from a top tier institute preferably in technology. Master's Degree / MBA is preferredBA is preferred

Job Description

• Supervising and delegating tasks to the sales team members.
• Meeting the sales targets and sales goals efficiently.
• Building relationships with the old and existing customers.
• Attending meetings and daily standups.
• Coordinate with operations to meet customers' requirement.
• Coordinate with Finance for costing and billing matters.
• Monitoring the performance of the sales staff.
• Ensuring the warehouse is well stocked and restocking them as and when required.
• Making sure the store is clean and tidy all the time.
• Providing training sessions to the new team members.

Requirements

• 5 Years of Working experience as Sales Manager, Sales Assistant, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
• Ability to coordinate with various departments
• Ability to provide amazing customer service to the clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools & Quickbook
• Knowledge and experience using effective sales strategies.

Basic salary: $2500 – $4500 (depending on experience)

Working venue: Sims Dr

Working hours: 830am to 530pm (5 days Work)
