Requirement:

• Experience in Precision Manufacturing environments.

• Possess valid Class 3 driving license (Preferably with own vehicle).

• Only Singaporean and SPR are welcome to apply.

• A team player, ethical personality & a strong acumen in technical sales.

• Able to communicate in English / Mandarin.

• Tertiary education in Precision Engineering or mechanical is highly desirable.

• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

- Sales Inquiries & Client Engagement: Respond promptly to telephone and online inquiries regarding catering services, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust and rapport to support long-term business success.
- Business Development & Client Acquisition: Proactively solicit new corporate clients through cold calling, networking, and sales visits, expanding the client base and driving revenue growth.
- Event Planning & Consultation: Assist clients with professional event planning, including packaging options, menu selection, and coordinating all aspects of catering to ensure a seamless experience.
- Industry Awareness & Trends: Stay current with trends and developments in the catering industry to offer innovative solutions and keep the service offering competitive.
- Creative Service Improvement: Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and enhancements to continuously improve catering services and offerings.
- Sales Accountability & Operations Management: Manage the sales and profitability of event orders, ensuring smooth execution of catering functions and meeting client expectations for quality and service.

Job Requirements

- Possess an O Level, Diploma, or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is preferred.

- Proficient in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to effectively communicate and manage Mandarin-speaking clients.

- Self-disciplined, proactive, and able to work with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines and objectives.

- Highly self-driven, dynamic, and meticulous, with a creative mindset and a strong sales orientation.

- Outgoing personality with a high level of motivation, independence, and the ability to work as part of an inclusive, collaborative team.
