Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with a focus on motors or similar industrial products.
• Proven track record in regional sales, particularly within Singapore and neighboring markets.
• Strong knowledge of Direct Drive Rotary (DDR) Motors, Linear Motors, and related motion control technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a goal-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Willingness to travel within the region as required.
