Role Overview:
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving student recruitment and managing partnerships to support the school’s growth. You will be responsible for achieving student registration targets, managing and expanding the agent network, overseeing channel partner relationships, and leading a motivated team to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Recruitment and Registration Management:
• Achieve and manage student registration targets by implementing effective strategies.
• Oversee lead generation and conversion processes to meet enrollment goals.
• Collaborate with the academic and sales teams to organize open houses and school events.
2. Agent and Channel Partner Management:
• Expand and strengthen the agent network across diverse markets.
• Train and guide agents to recruit students while ensuring adherence to EduTrust and compliance standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to optimize student recruitment.
• Coordinate overseas education fairs and promotional activities with agents.
• Manage channel partners and explore new opportunities for partnerships.
3. Corporate and Institutional Outreach:
• Liaise with corporate organizations to establish business tie-ups and promotional opportunities.
• Conduct presentations and meetings with HR representatives to promote the school.
• Maintain and manage a database of corporate partners, MOUs, and renewal processes.
4. Preschool and Event Management:
• Develop promotional activities within the preschool network to drive admissions.
• Organize and lead educational meets for preschool parents.
5. Team Leadership:
• Manage and lead a team to achieve recruitment and business development objectives.
• Foster collaboration across departments to ensure smooth operations and alignment with goals.
6. Marketing and Events Coordination:
• Work with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials to increase brand awareness among various channel partners
• Plan and execute participation in educational fairs, exhibitions, and community events.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams and achieve business targets.
• Experience in education or international schools is a plus.
