Grabber Technology Solutions (GTS) aims to be a technology leader that provides predictive and seamless experiences to all Grab employees (Grabbers). Get to Know the Role
Reporting to Head of Business IT Solutions this role plays an important role in leading and managing a team of external Business analysts, solution architects and developers with an exciting journey to enhance our Salesforce platform and improve customer experience & adoption. You will need a strong background in product delivery management, Agile / Iterative methodologies, Salesforce (out-of-the-box standard functionality and custom solutions) with proven experience in managing and delivering Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot and Community Cloud modules. Experienced leaders who have managed delivery of Salesforce solutions for global organisations should apply here.
This role will be on-site and based in Singapore.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- End-to-end ownership of single or multiple businesses for quality delivery & support
- Experience in business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle CRM/Salesforce engagements
- Technical expertise and guidance in development of design and functional specifications
- Manage project plan, team utilization & risk management. Experienced in Sales transformation program that contribute to direct impact to business growth
- Analyse functional and technical requirements & maintain required documentation
- Take ownership and documentation of enhancements or new features in collaboration with the business analysts and architects
- Maintain feature or application integrity throughout development, testing and production stages
- Comply, guide and manage software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodology and governance strategies
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- At least 8+ years of experience in leading & managing multiple Salesforce projects including integrations with third party applications / platforms
- Experience building, managing, and fostering a team-oriented environment
- Demonstrable experience in building enterprise SaaS products, specifically Salesforce
- End-to-end ownership of single or multiple businesses for quality delivery & support
- Own and drive the vision/strategy/roadmap/development for industry specific solutions
- Strong stakeholder management skills in aligning with the vision of the product, prioritizing features and capabilities.
- Ability to work in a team of other product managers who have dependencies and vice versa.
- Agile and/or Iterative methodologies for project / product deliveries..
- Good exposure to CI/CD platforms, statistical code analysis tools and deployment activities like Gitlab, Copado,Jenkins, Ant tool etc.
