GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The role of an Associate Relationship Manager (Associate RM) is linked to the respective internal development programme. It is therefore a transitional role for a limited period of time (generally 3 years), with the overall aim of the Associate RM becoming a Relationship Manager (RM) after the successful completion of the programme. The present role profile describes the key features of the position towards the end of the programme, not at the very beginning.

The Associate RM is part of a front team and serves private clients of the Bank in close collaboration with one or several senior Relationship Managers, other team members, and specialists.
