Financial Management:

• Oversee daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and invoicing.

Requirements:

• Education and Certification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• ACCA, CPA, or CA certification is a strong advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant financial experience in Singapore.
• Familiarity with Singapore financial and tax regulations; experience in the blockchain industry is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other office software.

Language and Communication:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Chinese is a plus, especially for handling Chinese documents or cross-border transactions.

Personal Qualities:

• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and responsible.

The Architectural Design Manager reports to the Project Manager and Project Director and ensure all architectural works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications. He/She is to verify all interface details are carried out as per drawing plans.
