Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in wealth management, financial services, or related industries.
• Familiarity with the needs and preferences of HNWIs from Mainland China.
• Proven ability to develop and manage strategic channels such as associations, professional firms, and study abroad companies.
• Willingness to travel frequently between Singapore/Hong Kong and Mainland China.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with HNWIs and partners.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in English; fluency in Mandarin is a significant advantage for interacting with the target clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Ensuring effective and efficient delivery of HR services including but not limited to staff benefits administration
• Provide advice, guidance, coaching and counseling to business managers to effectively meet business goals
• Coordinate and execute elements of HR’s activities including but not limited to annual remuneration review, performance management cycle and employee wellness
• Manage the employee lifecycle that includes preboarding, onboarding and offboarding
• Managing WICA and group insurances
• Prepare and coordinate worker’s work pass application/renewal/cancellation
• Payroll administration and ensure timely submission of CPF and Income Tax
• Government survey submissions
• Ensure quality data management of HR records, and information in personnel files and HRIS, following company policies, labour regulations, and audit guidelines.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Generalist with 5-8 years’ experience in HR operations
• Hands-on experience in HRMS – Frontier an advantage
• Any other duties as assigned.

Salary range is indicative and will commensurate with qualification and experience
