1. Branding:
i. Collaborate closely with the General Manager to assist in developing the corporate brand strategy, direction, and execution plan.
ii. Create, manage, and update brand communication guidelines and workflows with the General Manager.
iii. Lead the execution of the brand communication plan in coordination with relevant stakeholders across divisions, entities, and local countries in the Asia and Oceania region.
iv. Develop, manage, update and continuously enhance regional branded materials and global assets provided by the GHQ CC Division (Japan Headquarters).

2. External communication: Enhance the company brand's positive reputation in the public eye.
i. Develop an annual communication plan based on the brand strategy and direction.
ii. Lead the execution of the communication plan in collaboration with relevant stakeholders across divisions, entities, and local country offices in the Asia and Oceania region.
iii. Research, propose, and implement innovative communication methods including enhancing the company website, developing regional social media strategies, and utilizing other effective touchpoints as needed.

3. Internal Communication: Enhance employee engagement and workplace experience.
i. Develop and execute an internal communication plan, including events, to foster transparency in information and knowledge sharing. This will help employees gain a deeper understanding of company's brand value, business operations, diverse talents, and future opportunities across local and overseas entities in the Asia and Oceania region.

4. Crisis Communication:
i. Understand and adhere to crisis procedures as directed and guided by GHQ.
ii. Provide support to GHQ as needed
iii. Assist in delivering regional crisis communication guidance and training to employees.

5. Manage relevant outsources and partners:
i. Lead and manage outsourced vendors and partners to execute communication plans, ensuring adherence to the schedule and budget.

6. Team management and development
i. In collaboration with the General Manager, develop and manage the Corporate Branding and Strategy team, including overseeing resources, budgeting, and other related responsibilities.

Requirement:

- Education: Degree or diploma in communication, branding, marketing, or a relevant field.
- Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience.

What would be your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like?

I. DAILY ACTIVITY FOLLOW UP

Ensure the management and optimization of Treasury activity for OUT currencies (33 currencies) on GEODE tool for Securities Services’ Businesses (12 Branches), over the Nostro accounts opened on Correspondent and ICSD’s books.

This process is coordinated with BNP SA Front Office, as well as with the Paris/Singapore and New York TFG Teams as per the Follow the Sun model.

Follow up on the update of Correspondent/ICSD’s conditions on Treasury’s reconciliation tool (RUBI) and ensure the correct reconciliation of Interest Scale.

Make sure that the activity is efficiently processed and associated risks are controlled accordingly. Ensure that the internal tools match the Business’ needs (coordinate any possible evolution along with the Change Management and IT teams).

Back up the team whenever is needed on daily activity.

II. BUSINESS BILLING/P&L FOLLOW UP

On a daily basis monitor the figures allowing to follow up the activity in order to establish an analytical billing at month end that will be charged to the Businesses.

Generate and justify the P&L reporting to the ALM.

Set up and Publish KPI’s.

III. TFG OPERATIONAL RISKS MANAGEMENT

Ensure the control of TFG Operational Risks through

- The update of the Operational Control Plans

- The update of the Accounting Control Plans

- The update of Procedures (XPACT)

- Ensure the completion of tasks in ORUS regarding the GCP and in COMBO regarding the daily activity follow up

IV. WORKSHOPS/MEETINGS WITH SINGAPOUR TFG AND NY TFG

Maintain a close relationship with Paris/ Singapore and NY TFG Teams, through monthly meetings in order to follow up and improve the processes in place.

As Global Process Owner, ensure the correct execution of the activity by the Follow the Sun teams, as well as the resolution of any possible conflict with the Correspondents/ICSD’s, along with the Regional Network Managers and locals ALMs.

V. TFG TEAM MANAGEMENT

Ensure an adequate staffing for any replacement as well as the training needed. Guarantee team cohesion throughout BNP Paribas’ values: Agility, Client Satisfaction, Open mindedness and Compliance Culture by embracing a collaborative spirit.

VI. FOLLOW UP OF TREASURY SUBJECTS WITH ALM AND NETWORK MANAGEMENT

Establish a good relationship with the Network Management, by participating to any Meeting/Committee which the goal is to improve the process in place or any conflict with the Correspondents/ICSD’s. Participate to any Correspondent’s migration and ensure that all the setups are in place for the good Treasury flows execution on Go Live date.

Along with the 2S ALM, follow up on Treasury subjects that could transversely impact 2S’s activity with 2S’s Businesses, Correspondents/ICSD’s and Central Treasury. Also participate in all the projects that could have a direct impact on Treasury Liquidity management.

VII. Environnement and Organisation

Service schedule is from 9.00 am to 6.30 pm CET, Monday to Friday (bank holidays are included except the 1st of January and the 25th of December).

You may participate to GEODE releases along with the IT teams (Weekends releases).

Homeworking is allowed in the different formulas and rhythms, but constraint to the activity specificities (mandatory to have a minimum of 3 persons always on site).

Purchasing

o Manage the complete order cycle from sourcing and obtaining various vendors quotations to optimize cost efficiency.

JOB SUMMARY

• Proactively collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement in the quality and timeliness of investigations, and the robust management of operational, legal and regulatory risk, with the view to developing and implementing effective solutions and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct thematic reviews to identify common themes or trends, and share observations with relevant Risk Owners.

Governance

• Conduct HR investigations in accordance with the Bank’s relevant policies including the Grievance Standard, Speaking Up Standard, Group Investigation Standard and Practice Notes as needed.

· Establish and implement QA/QC processes for BIM deliverables, ensuring that models are compliant with the BEP and meet project requirements.

· Ensure that data within the BIM models is accurate, up-to-date, and securely managed, following digital information security protocols.

· Ensure that the as-built BIM model is accurate and complete, preparing it for handover to the facility management team or client with all necessary documentation.

· Generate regular reports on BIM model progress, clashes identified/resolved, and any design adjustments needed.

· Use software such as Navisworks, Synchro Pro, and Fuzor for enhanced project visualization, helping stakeholders understand project phases and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

· Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.

· Certified with Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM) by BCA Academy and any BIM authoring software’s modelling course by the software vendor’s authorized training provider. Candidate certified with Digital Delivery Lead (DDM Tier 2) will also be considered.

· Minimum 8 years of working experience in design engineering, construction engineering or integrated digital (IDD) project management

· Minimum 6 years of BIM experience as a BIM Project Level Manager role in large scale or infrastructure project

· Completed at least one full cycle at design phased or construction phase.

· Integrate scheduling (4D BIM) and cost management (5D BIM) into the model using software such as Navisworks Manage, Synchro Pro, or CostX to visualize and control project timelines and costs.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively within a project team.

Job Description

Reporting to the Associate Director for this business, the role will be responsible for new and existing business development within our client base.

The key measures of success in this role will be (but not limited to):

• Sourcing - be a key point of contact for the internal (HR) talent acquisition needs
• Lead Generation – drive activities, events, meetings for the purpose of networking and generating leads that are commercial important for the business
• Key Account Management – we partner with most top brands with their recruitment needs for the Singapore market so this role will be responsible for managing some of these key relationships
• Team Management – if you are someone with a passion to lead a sales business, this role will have the opportunity to manage a team of 1-4 people in the next 6 months
• Engagement – use social media, events, cold calling as an engagement tool to drive new business development
• Closing – we are looking for someone with excellent negotiation skills as this role requires an ability to close

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelors’ Degree with at least 4 years experience of having worked in a recruitment company, with minimum 2 years in a people management role would be an advantage
