Work closely with Marketing to provide feedback on campaign performance, improve lead qualification and lead scoring

Requirements
Diploma/Degree with at least 3 to 5 years relevant work experience, preferably in the tech sector
Prior experience in pipeline building and lead qualification (Ability to drive revenue and expand client relationships in areas such as automation, robotics, and software solutions for industrial applications)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
Self-starter, goal-oriented, passionate about technology, and capable of quickly learning new IT solutions

Responsibilities
Manage team of enterprise level sales reps and Team Leads in geographic regions & support them in achieving annual, monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify ideal prospects within territory and grow a book of business.
Identify goals and needs/requirements of prospects and clients, including budgetary cycles/amounts and key decision makers.
Meet and/or exceed regional targets and contribute to the overall team targets (monthly, quarterly and annual).
Coach team leads and enterprise sales reps in strategies to identify ideal prospects and grow a book of business
Conduct account analysis, pipeline reviews, and revenue forecasts.
Manage and ensure a strong pipeline; make prospecting a part of the regular routine to ensure that new prospects/opportunities are being added to the pipeline on a consistent basis.
Assist with closing of strategic opportunities
Consultative sales of Madison Logic’s portfolio of B2B products to Marketers
Identify methods to promote and accelerate achievement of sales goals in the Region
Work closely with internal teams to ensure clients' success and satisfaction.
Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements
Basic Qualifications
· University Degree
· Previous experience selling direct to CMOs (Chief Marketing Officers) with established network of contacts that can be readily tapped
· 8+ Years B2B Sales Experience, preferably in tech/marketing space.
· 4+ Years managing a sales team with proven results (preferably in a SaaS model)
· A consultative sales style and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Knowledge of Madison Logic and/or Account Based Marketing strongly preferred
· Knowledge of Marketo & Salesforce
