Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will oversee the daily functions of the shop, manage the staff, ensure the highest level of customer service, and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. The role also requires training staff, handling customer service issues, managing stock, and ensuring quality control standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement:

• Meet identified prospects, give expert advice, and promote available products.
• Organize formal presentations, seminars, and other marketing opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage customer transactions and continuously work to improve customer service.
• Create proposal documents, presentation materials, and sales tools to support marketing initiatives.
