As FDM continues to rapidly expand its business operations in Asia Pacific; we are seeking individuals who can demonstrate the potential to build a successful career in Sales.

You will play an integral role within the Sales Team, generating new business through research, calls and meetings with clients and prospects. Our Sales Development Program will prepare you for your eventual role as a Sales Executive where you will represent the client facing side of FDM. The primary objective of this role is to find, grow, develop, and generate sales from new and existing clients and place IT consultants in long-term contracts. · Increase, Develop and Maintain new and existing customers base.

· Conduct customers’ visits to support sales and relationship building.

· Always negotiate with customer to secure sales.

· Assist in doing quotation whenever necessary.

· Monitor, follow up and update information on all quotes submitted to customers.

· Monitor and Update on the competitors movement and market development.

· Monitor customers’ payment matters and ensure all overdue payments are recovered.

· Teamwork within Sales Team.

· To provide weekly & monthly Sale’s Reports to Sales & Marketing Manager.

Requirements

· Tertiary education with any engineering discipline.

· Excellent Customer relationship Management skills.

· A team player who possess strong planning and organisational skills.

· Proven track record in sales account management and achievement of sales targets.

· At least 2 years in Marine / Oil & Gas industries, Ship Owners and Shipmanagement will be highly advantageous.

Individual to be involved in:

1.Employee orientation and basic training on administrative tools

Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring all questions are addressed accurately. Document inquiries and maintain records of client interactions for follow-up purposes.

4. Gain knowledge of compliance requirements in the real estate industry. Understand the step-by-step process from making an offer to finalizing a sale. Assist in drafting and comprehending sales agreements between buyers and sellers.
