• Sponsorship Sales Strategy:Develop and execute a sales strategy to attract top-tier sponsors from China for B2B events in SEA.
  Identify, target, and engage with key prospects from relevant industries to the events
  Create tailored sponsorship proposals and packages based on client needs, market trends, and event content.
  
• Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with sponsors, key clients, and industry stakeholders across China.
  Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-event engagement.
  
• Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:Proactively source new leads and grow the sponsorship sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  Manage and track all sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate reporting on progress.
  
• Negotiation & Closing:Negotiate contract terms and finalize sponsorship agreements to secure new revenue streams.
  Work to exceed sales targets, ensuring the achievement of annual and quarterly sponsorship revenue goals.
  
• Collaboration:Collaborate closely with the event production and marketing teams to ensure sponsorship opportunities align with event content and branding.
  Support the creation of event marketing materials, sponsor collateral, and promotional strategies to maximize sponsor visibility.
  
• Market Research:Keep up to date with the competitive landscape and market trends in China, identifying new opportunities and emerging sectors for sponsorship growth.
  Understand the unique needs of sponsors, tailoring sales pitches and offers accordingly.
