Job Requirements

• Assist the CEO and Director of the company in responding to emails from the customer

• Assist in sales by generating and following up on business leads

• Identify potential customers, reach out to them with business proposal etc

• Follow-up via emails and phone calls and assist with enquiries

Responsibilities

• Break new grounds and penetrate the key industries as in; Food Packaging, Medical, Petrochemical, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor etc.
• Undertake the role to develop new and key accounts and strive towards achieving sales goals and objectives.
• Propose improved materials or products to customers and explain the benefits of the changes.
• Engage the customers on a day-to-day basis to initiate and coordinate sales activities.
• Preparation of sales proposal, quotations and attending customer’s enquiries
• Responsible for Sales target for Singapore region.
• Track and report sales activities; submit reports promptly.
• Be competent to undertake hands-on related issues arising from aftersales including onsite trouble-shooting.
• Create sales leads, follow up on sales opportunities and take ownership to follow up on quotations.
• Contract review prior to order entry – Evaluate and interpret customers’ specification against our offer. Clarify with customer where necessary to resolve unclear requirements. Be responsible to coordinate with Order Administration team on shipment update and information going back to the customer up to the point of delivery.
• Working closely with customers to find application possibilities and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Conduct competitive analysis and identify market price for various suppliers and market segments in Singapore.
• Conduct product and application training if necessary.
• All other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.

Requirements:.

• Degree/Diploma in business, marketing, engineering or any relevant field.
• 1 to 2 years of sales engineering experience.
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Salary depends on experience.
• Prefer with vehicle ownership.
• Self-motivated and ability to work in a team or independently with minimum supervision.
• Meticulous, organized and great interpersonal skills.
• Cheerful and pleasant personality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to converse and write in English and Mandarin.
• Mandarin language will be an advantage to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers occasionally.
• Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
• 2 years contract subject to convert full time staff.

We are a stationery wholesale company based in Singapore.

we sell to retails shop and office suppliers.

Our working time is Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm, Sat 9am to 12pm

Sales will be island wide and not confine to any zone or area.

Basic pay, Commission and transport allowance will be given.

Also year end bonus depend on the sales target met for the year.
