Responsibilities:

• Lead the SSL Sales Support team
• Responsible in driving sales and maximizing revenue opportunities for Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and other security products in various industries
• Forging new business relationship, maintaining existing business relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction with accountability and follow up
• Involve in ad-hoc projects that will give exposure to individual portfolio
• Preparing and delivering of technical presentation and demonstrations, manage the customer’s expectations as well as sales/technical enquiry
• Supporting pre-sales and post-sale activities
• Obtaining and defining customer requirements, leading any account management activities and continuously obtaining market intelligence to identify new business opportunity, as well as strategic and channel partnership opportunities
• Perform multi-task writing assignments such as writing consulting reports, proposals, research documents, business management manuals and marketing documents

Requirements:

• Diploma or Polytechnic graduate in Computer and/or Information Technology, Sales and Marketing with at least 3 years relevant work experience
• Good organizational skills to coordinate all aspects of sales administration
• Customer oriented with good communication skills
• Well organized, positive attitude, proactive and self-directed, able to perform with minimal supervision and also a team player
• Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
