• Train and supervise bar staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products, policies, and procedures

The ideal candidate should have:

• A comprehensive understanding of bar financials, including cost of goods sold, profit margins, analysis of sales mix, foundational menu engineering principles, and proficiency in stocktaking procedures, is imperative.
• The ability to evaluate and enhance current workflows to optimize productivity in a high-volume setting is essential.
• A keen eye for detail is crucial for maintaining consistency within our beverage program.
• Proficiency in analyzing both current and historical sales data to identify opportunities for increased profitability without sacrificing quality is highly valued.
• Extensive knowledge of international cocktails is necessary to develop a contemporary beverage program that remains relevant over time.
• Comfort with creating and managing spreadsheets, generating monthly reports, and conducting ad hoc analyses of beverage-related data to ensure departmental adherence to budgetary constraints and profit margins is required.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the regional partner program including setting annual sales targets, planning promotions, developing marketing strategies, and organizing partner conferences.
• Collaborate closely with the commercial team to create and implement in-country marketing plans, focusing on sell-in/sell-out strategies, branding initiatives, and stocking promotions.
• Create consumer communication toolkits and provide guidance to partners for effective execution.
• Design and execute omnichannel customer engagement campaigns by conducting consumer research to develop a compelling brand concept and gain insights into consumer preferences.
• Implement lead generation activities** across all stages of the consumer buying journey to ensure a seamless online experience, utilizing multivariate testing.
• Manage the setup and sales of e-Commerce stores, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum a degree in Marketing, Business, or its equivalent.
• Has a proven history of successfully managing partner programs, engaging consumers, and executing social media and e-Commerce strategies.
