Job Scope:

• Develop and implement the BIM Project Execution Plan in line with the company’s objectives, ensuring the alignment of BIM goals with project needs.
• Collaborate closely with project and design teams to resolve any BIM-related technical challenges and facilitate the effective adoption of BIM processes.
• Establish processes and workflows to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of BIM-related project outputs.
• Define and enforce internal and external guidelines for model exchanges between project stakeholders, overseeing the smooth flow of information.
• Lead client meetings, providing BIM insights and making decisions on critical aspects of BIM deliverables.

Requirement:

• Certificate in AutoCAD Autodesk Advanced Module.
• Certificate in Revit MEP Autodesk Advanced Module.
• Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in M&E drafting using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing personality.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
• Collaborative team player, demonstrating initiative and commitment.
• Proficiency in English and effective communication with internal teams, including Site Foremen, Engineers, Managers, and Client BIM representatives.
