Job Summary

The Regional Sales Head plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth across south Asia, southeast Asia and middle east by developing and executing effective sales strategies. This position focuses on market expansion, establishing key partnerships with financial institutions, corporates, and suppliers, and ensuring the achievement of ambitious revenue growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Strategy Development.

• Research market trends and analyze competitor performance to develop effective sales strategies tailored to south Asia, southeast Asia and middle east.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Leverage senior-level relationships within the ecosystem, including financial institutions, FinTechs, and corporates, to promote our business model and technology.

Sales Leadership and Performance Management

• Work in line with KPIs and targets set out by executives, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.

• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing sales teams, setting team targets, and driving performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Business development, sales role to cover both B2B and B2c clients in the region including HFTS, Hedge funds, family offices and securities firms
• Handle new clients’ acquisition
• Selling equity trading, future clearing custody services
• Handle both local and regional markets of institutional platforms, intermediaries, brokers and other institutional accounts.
• Develop and maintain key relationships.
• Create cross product selling opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with service providers in the securities and asset management industries.
• Collaborate with the Product team to improve our product offering and platform.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree with min 5 years relevant sales experience from the capital markets
• Depth of product knowledge & operational processes & understanding of the needs and pains of platform providers, intermediaries and asset management firms.
• Ability to build strong relationship with clients
• Ability to work within a diverse team of individuals.
• Exhibit flexibility & adaptability skills required in the Prime services industry.
• Having an existing base of clients and contacts, especially from the institutional platform and intermediary space, that can be migrated onto the platform, will be a significant advantage

Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day sales operation

· Sales Order Processing: Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order, Delivery Order, Invoicing

· Professionally handle high volume of inquiries and assist to provide effective solution for customers’ issues

· Provide excellent support and customer-service

· Proactively sourcing for new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up

· Connect with key customer contacts (external) as needed

· Coordinate projects and support lead manager. Ensuring projects are worked according to agreed plan and kept on schedule

· Liaise with internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics and Marketing

· Assist in preparation & submission of relevant reports and documents for tenders

Requirements:

· Diploma in Business or related field

· At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in related field

· Exposure to computer hardware/ software/ maintenance contract is preferred

· Ready for dynamic and fast-paced environment

· Strong phone presence, interpersonal & customer service oriented
