RESPONSIBILITIES

• Propose, develop and implement programs to maintain buildings, equipment, and grounds/spaces inclusive of overall appropriate preventive maintenance schedules and procedures efficiently in an optimum condition.
• Provides oversight and technical assistance to Campus Development and Space Management team, which actively serves as the consultant, project manager and executor to development, upgrading and construction projects and other estate management matters. • Work with respective FMS Trade Specialist to formulate operational and maintenance requirements for the range of Engineering (Hard Services) contracts for newly replaced or commissioned systems.
• Actively drive innovation, efficiency, sustainability and productivity efforts as well as technology adoption to enhance facilities operations and service delivery.
• Be the key member of Smart and Digital Transformation projects undertaken by FMS.
• Manage Capex, Additions & Alterations and improvement projects including budgeting, cost control, procurement, execution and ensuring delivery quality.
• Be the key member in the preparation of tender documents and technical specifications for various facilities and engineering services.
• Perform, conduct review, and take responsibility in liaising with all maintenance vendors/FMS Trade Specialists to ensure understanding of operational procedures, to provide optimal functioning of the systems under his/her care.
• Propose, plan and implement good practice procedures to achieve energy efficiency. Assist to review and establish an energy management plan to achieve the SMUs target energy-saving benchmarks.

• Relevant degree in Engineering/Facilities Management/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Building Services or equivalent.
• Preferably with minimum of 4 years as manager in the Facilities Management industry.
• Demonstrated experience in managing Facilities and Building services and systems and strong with hands-on. Those who have experience in managing M&E, air-conditioning and mechanical systems, building management/automation systems and Smart FM will have an added advantage.

A. Ideation and Content Creation
