PDPO(Privacy and Data Protection Office) is the organization to lead, supervise, and empower all TikTok's privacy work in an accountable and industry leading way. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

- 3+ years in compliance, auditing, consulting, technical program management or industry equivalent work experience.

- 1+ years of experience in privacy or security compliance with a proven track record of driving programs and initiatives.

- Familiarity with core privacy concepts such as data minimization, purpose limitation, data sovereignty, transparency, and data retention. Experience with privacy by design principles and engineering in a privacy or related program.

- Knowledge of global privacy regulations and standards, including GDPR, CCPA, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Relevant certifications in privacy and data protection (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, OSCP) are a plus.
