Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Business Management or any related fields
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in F&B operations with at least 3 years’ experience in leading at least a market chain outlets as Operations Manager or equivalent
• Ability to forecast and follow through budgets
• Set business plans and strategies with control in place
• High analytical skills to identify opportunities and trends in making business decisions
• Excellent computer skills in Power point, Words & Excel
• lf-initiate with inter-department leaders to develop plans to meet business KPIs

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in procurement of competitive new building vessels through research and study of latest vessel design by gathering various information.
• Coordinate internal requirements and create provide tender specifications
• Assist official tender and decision of shipyard
• Assist in providing contract specification and finalizing contracts
• Achieve better designed new building vessels by commenting to approval drawings
• Supervise construction of building of vessels overseas (e,g, Japan, Korea, China, etc.) and submit supervision reports periodically
• Keep abreast of any environmental topics pertaining to technical issues and provide summarized report periodically
• Conduct ad-hoc investigation of technical and environmental issues as directed and provide reports of investigation result
• Assist in organization’s sustainability plan by formation and implementation of effective green strategies which are in line with policies/industrial standards to enable the company to sharpen and maintain mid/long-term competitiveness

Requirements

• Master or Bachelor of Engineering in Naval Architecture or mechanical engineering or equivalent
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in shipyard designer, marine officer (captain or chief officer or chief engineer or 1st engineer), or technical department and/or R&D for container vessels of shipping company
• Strong technical knowledge of engineering in ships
• Good communication and co-ordination skills
• Team player to work across departments
• Candidates with more experience will be accorded with more senior position

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan and drive large scale project that focus on CCTV installation and video analytics islandwide
• Coordinate internal resources and external parties/vendors for flawless execution of assigned projects
• Ensure assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Upfront planning to ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop detailed project plan to monitor, implement and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks. Report and escalate to management when needed
• Manage relationship with customers and relevant stakeholders
• Develop spreadsheets and PowerPoint to document needs and update
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Knowledge of Singapore Government procurement and governance processes will be an addedadvantage
• Proven experiences (at least 5 years) in handling large scale projects in ICIT environment and preferably in CCTV/ Video analytics related project
• Deep understanding in Agile development for software products
• Experience with project management software tools

JOB DESCRIPTION

SITE MANAGER

· Assisting the project manager to ensure smooth running of site operations and monitoring of work progress at sites.

· Responsible for site management which includes planning, supervising.

· Ensure the quality of work is achieved and the safety and environmental regulations are complied and met in align with the project completion time frame.

· To review materials requisitions, execute overall scheduling and specific planning work.

· Design, implement progress and schedule control systems for the project according to set requirements.

· Construction planning, and to co-ordinate with the client, sub-contractors, consultants and Authorities on all project aspects.

· To work and collaborate closely with project managers, architects, consultants, engineers, stakeholders etc to ensure all site activities are in order and as per schedule plan to facilitate smooth completion of project and meet client requirements.

· Managing and monitoring of subcontractors’ work progress and quality

· Provide guidance to engineers and supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure site progress is according to schedule, quality standards are maintained and site inspections are carried out and issued are resolved on time.

· Leading and managing of workers and subcontractors on site.

· Prepare progress report and work schedule and attend project related meetings.

· Any other ad-hoc tasks by the PM.

Requirements

· Min Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural / M&E Engineering or any equivalent qualification.

· At least 5 years of construction experience in Singapore, preferably 3 years of managerial experience

· Good knowledge of construction methods, technologies and able to interpret drawings and contracts

· Good communication and people management skills and able to interact with staff and workers from various disciplines

· Able to work independently and have good time management

· Experience in building construction highly preferred
