An established M & E company supplying engineering equipment is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced individual to join its team based at its Tuas office as Sales Coordinator.

Job Duties

• Attend to sales queries and prepare quotations
• Assist to generate sales documents like DOs and POs etc
• Assist with data compilation and other sales support related work.
• Provide general administrative support.

Requirements

• Preferably have some technical background but not necessary.
• Detailed oriented
• Organised
• Must be willing to work in Tuas (Nearest MRT station: Gul Circle)
• Good time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
