Area of Responsibility
a) B2B Sales
1. Provide Aircon quotation for projects.
2. Contact contractors for constant follow up from quotation to sales conversion.
3. To develop key aircon contractors to meet assign sales target.
4. To study competitors activities & weakness and secure projects. Dealing with each AS retail
buyers and shop managers.
5. Prudent AR collection within specific credit limit & days.
6. To cover main contractor to ensure submission of brand to most projects.
b) Inventories
1. To attend weekly PSI meeting to update and forecast equipment ordering for confirmed projects.
2. Have foresight to forecast based on quotation pattern for stocks for A&A projects.
c) Seminar
1. Conduct NPI for new & existing dealers to ensure they are constantly using our product as their priority
brands for project submission.
d) Education level and/or relevant experience(s)
- Minimum of Diploma graduation
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operation (Prefer B2B sector)
e) Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
- Sales / Schedule management
- Computing skills (Excel, Power point)
f) Other requirements
- Self-motivated, organized, proactive and likes to work in cross-cultural team
