• Collaborate closely with renowned partners like Samsung, Crestron, Bose, Martin Audio, QSC, Poly, Logitech, Microsoft, and inhouse AV Designer Team to propose solutions to meet customer’s needs
• Negotiate pricing with partners to ensure competitive bids.
• Explore and secure partnerships for audio-related solutions to enhance our offerings to customers.
• Target primary market in the education sectors.
• Lead the Sales team to achieve sales target & manage customer experience (Sales Manager only)

Requirements:

• Must have minimum 2 years of sales experience in a B2B environment with good sales track record
• Must have the keen interest in sales management and have the leadership trait (for Sales Manager only)
• Experience in Audio & Visual, videoconferencing, telephony solutions is a plus.

- Content Creation: Write and update content for the website, social media, and newsletters.

- Website Management: Assist in updating website content, ensuring it is aligned with current marketing campaigns and compliant with branding guidelines. Support website performance tracking, recommending content or design enhancements based on analytics.

- Digital Marketing: Help with social media posts, email campaigns etc. Help with content scheduling, optimizing posting times, and tracking campaign performance.

- Customer Experience & Marketing Strategy : Assist in developing strategies to improve customer experience and support marketing planning.

Requirements:

• With 5+ years closing experience (mix of field selling within mid-market and enterprise) mainly focus on Telecom, FSI sector in IT industry/ Government/ Manufacture/ Retail/ Transportation.
• Previous vendor or system integrator experience both welcome
• Sales experience in software industry; ITSM, ITOM, Cloud, Saas, BI, ITOPs, CRM/ERP sales experience is preferred
• ITIL certificate is plus point
