The overall scope of the position is to maintain and execute Digital Marketing and E-commerce activities for 2 hotels in Singapore, including but not limited to developing strategy, content updates, social media management, paid media, display and programmatic campaigns, Metasearch and OTA campaign optimization.
Reporting directly to GM, Director of S&M or Director of Marketing.
Main responsibilities:
- Build a yearly digital and e-commerce plan and budget for the hotels across Direct & Indirect channels
- Contributing to the hotels’ strategies, working closely with key stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, Revenue, F&B etc
- Plan and execute all digital marketing activities including but not limited to SEO/SEA, emailing, social media, display, Metasearch and influencers.
- Manage and optimize the content, offers, and landing pages on the hotel’s microsites while ensuring the accuracy of information on third-party websites.
- Conduct regular quality assurance audits on the hotels descriptive content & images to ensure parity on all channels and integrity with brand website.
- Handle the CRM and email Marketing with the third party tool for Rooms, F&B and other outlets in line with the strategy and corporate guidelines.
- Work with the revenue team to manage and optimize OTA campaigns.
- Ensure hotel’s presence across key Social platforms relevant to the source markets and social content production.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content for the website, social media, and other marketing campaigns.
- Develop a strong understanding of digital and analytics platforms to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs); monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of digital marketing campaigns, including reporting on and analyzing Web Direct and indirect performance.
- Generate regular reports, provide insights and recommendations, and adapt strategies as needed to achieve marketing goals.
- Identify and evaluate new online marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic and drive online production.
- Review and monitor hotels’ competitor set on a regular basis and maintain competitiveness in terms of content quality and offer appeal.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Manage & collaborate with marketing/social media agencies and other vendor partners
