The Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of the global Terrorism & Political Violence market, including account management, broking and production.
• Experience navigating a global broker operating across multiple time zones
• Demonstrate strong relationship, consulting and negotiation skills
• Proven experience working with retail and wholesale clients and stakeholders.
• Understanding of WTW global structure and multiple stakeholders beneficial
• ACII qualification (or progress towards) is desirable

Job Description

• Lead and mentor team members to develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, increase revenue and expand market share in both existing and new markets

Requirements
