Summary

STERIS is recruiting for a Marketing Director Asia to be based in Singapore, as one of the APAC Healthcare Leadership Team in the region. Reporting into VP & Managing Director APAC Healthcare, you will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy and execution across the Asia region (excluding China and ANZ). What you’ll do

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Partner Marketing Manager to operate, manage and optimize our ecosystem partner marketing programs, with a focus on Airwallex’s global affiliate program. In this role, you will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by building and nurturing relationships with ecosystem partners, including but not limited to affiliate partners, individual referrers and content creators. Responsibilities:

• Program Management: Hands on the day-to-day operations of the Airwallex affiliate program with partner onboarding, contract negotiation, performance tracking, reporting, and timely payments processing.
• Partner Recruitment: Proactively identify, recruit, onboard and engage with new ecosystem partners across all markets where Airwallex operates, with a focus on finding partners who align with our target audience and brand values.

Responsibilities

Campaign Development and Execution

· Plan and deliver impactful marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional platforms, focusing on reaching parents and families in Singapore.

· Execute marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals, ensuring each campaign is designed to drive awareness, registrations, and brand engagement.

Content Creation

· Develop compelling and relevant content for various digital channels as well as offline materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and banners

Social Media Management

· Establish and manage partnerships with Cognita schools, businesses, and community organizations to expand our reach and co-promote our offerings.

Market Research and Analysis

· Conduct market research and analyse customer feedback to understand trends, preferences, and potential areas for growth.

· Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and local demographics to provide insights that inform our marketing strategy.

Offline Marketing Collateral Management

· Develop and maintain an inventory of print marketing materials, including brochures, posters, and other point-of-sale displays.

Digital and Traditional Campaign Performance Tracking

· Analyze both digital and offline campaign performance, track KPIs, and report results, providing insights for continual improvement.

Digital Library Management

· Oversee and coordinate with a photography and videography partner to capture high-quality photos and videos throughout the year at camps, events, and promotional activities, ensuring a vibrant and accurate representation of our programs.

· Maintain a well-organized digital library of multimedia assets for use across various marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand standards and storytelling goals.
