• Working Days: 5 days, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Managing both our existing clients and developing new business opportunities
• Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
• Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with the requirements
• Responsible for price quotations submission and negotiation with the client
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
• Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
• Maintain existing business and strong customer relationship
• Think critically when planning to assure project success

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience preferably sales technique in a commercial office interior design firm, or equivalent
• Experience in managing complex sales cycles with B2B selling processes to multinational companies in Singapore

Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate is a Singaporean citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) with exceptional PowerPoint design skills, strong expertise in social media marketing, and experience in website content creation and maintenance. This role will play a vital part in enhancing our brand presence, supporting business development efforts, and executing marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Presentation DesignCreate visually appealing, professional, and impactful PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
   Collaborate with team members to ensure that presentations align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
   Continuously innovate on design elements to improve the aesthetic quality of materials.
   
2. Social Media ManagementDevelop, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

   Monitor website analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance user experience.

   Design and produce marketing collateral, such as brochures, newsletters, and infographics.
   Support event planning and coordination, including webinars, client seminars, and industry conferences.
   
5. Content CreationResearch and draft engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and press releases.
   Work with external vendors or freelancers for video production, graphic design, and other multimedia projects.
   
6. Data and ReportingTrack and analyze key marketing metrics to evaluate campaign performance.
   Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommend improvements.
   

Key Qualifications

• Residency Requirement: Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) is mandatory.
