A Sales Advisor is responsible for delivering the best customer experience that contributes to the store’s sales and profit. As a Sales Advisor, you’ll always put customers first, offer assistance, and share your product and fashion knowledge. You’ll create an environment that is easy for customers to shop through store operations and great garment care. You will also share your knowledge and skills with your colleagues, offering help where needed to build positive working environment.

Today we are looking for a sales assistant to join our talented team in Singapore. This role will be part time for 12hours per week and includes shifts at weekends and evenings.

As a sales assistant you will have the chance to offer customers a high level of service by starting conversations, selling products at the cash desk, fitting rooms and on the shop floor, processing deliveries, stock replenishment and merchandising the latest garments on the shop floor.

• Define and manage relevant business processes between Porsche Asia Pacific, Porsche AG and Porsche Singapore Retail
• for Marketing and Business Development related topics
• Manage the planning and execution of customer-facing Porsche events in Singapore, and visual merchandising activities
• for the Porsche Studio, while supporting the Porsche Singapore Retail team in their daily business operations
• Oversee Marketing & PR planning and budgeting for the Singapore market as well as planning and set-up of ATL and BTL

• Manage Porsche Home Charging activities and roll-out of Porsche Destination Charging
• Support local non-technical training activities for internal staff members

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Economics, Business Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting or other

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, plus AI tools and photo editing software
• Strong organisation, presentation, written and spoken English, communication, and reporting skills
• Reliable, able to work independently, and possesses leadership skills

JOB REQUIREMENT(S)

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of Sales experiences, preferably in B2B sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
