Job Summary:

The Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising Executive is responsible for ensuring consistency in branding guidelines across all boutiques and stores in Singapore. Customer Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to their needs with tailored sales strategies.
• Identify customer opportunities, adapting tactics to maintain existing accounts and attract new ones.
• Negotiate effectively with key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and maximizing sales potential.
• Actively seek new sales opportunities, expanding our customer base and market reach.

Sales Team Leadership

• Review and implement customer service guidelines for the sales team.
• Supervise, coach, and develop the sales team on technical aspects of bakery products, marketing campaigns, and sales strategies.

Collaboration with Production Team

• Work closely with the production team to develop new product offerings based on market needs.
• Coordinate with production to address and resolve customer feedback related to product quality.

Other Duties

• Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the Deputy General Manager, Bakery.

Ideal Candidate:

Education:

• A good tertiary education, with a preference for a degree in Hospitality, Business, or Marketing.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the Bakery or Hospitality industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in supervising and managing a sales team.

Skills:

• Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships at all levels of staff and with customers.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong experience in account management, with a focus on meeting customer needs and expectations.
• Sales Tactics Development: A demonstrated ability to be resourceful and creative in formulating and executing effective sales strategies.
• Supervisory Skills: Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a sales team while working independently.

• Meticulous in documentation work
• Experience in term loans and mortgage loans is a plus
