Job Description:
- Drives the day-to-day Sales operation for brick and mortar channel including mass merchandiser, independent dealer, wholesaler
- Leadership role to lead the distribution team towards achievement of set KPIs, including dealer sell out, market inventory control, channel profitability, stock aging, AR and AP
- Effective management of distribution budget to derive ROI and set objective
- Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Initiates change and improvement to enhance operational efficiency
- In-depth analytics to business profile buy channel and product to deliver profit
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business/Sales/marketing/Engineering
- At least 3 - 4 years of sales experience or sales project experience
- Experience in managing distribution, mass merchandisers, dealers and/or wholesaler is preferred
- Experience in electronics products / electronics appliances is preferred
- Having supervisory or managerial experience. Ability to manage a team size of 5-8 person is preferred
- Experienced in business plan, forecasting and budgeting, demand and supplies
- Analytical, meticulous and time management
- Good communicator, personality and good team work and able to work independently

**Key Responsibilities include , but are not limited to:**

* **Sales Management:**

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape within the wine industry in Singapore.

* **Event Planning cum operations:**
- Plan, organize, and execute wine tasting events, corporate functions, and private parties, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored event solutions that highlight our wine selection.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, staffing, overseeing operations, and wine selection for events.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while delivering high-quality experiences.

* **Wine Knowledge and Promotion:**
- Stay informed about wine trends, regions, and varietals to effectively educate clients and guests during events and sales interactions.
- Conduct wine tastings and presentations for clients, enhancing their understanding and appreciation of our products.
- Develop marketing materials and promotions to support wine sales initiatives and events.

* **Reporting and Analysis:**
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze event feedback and sales data to continuously enhance the quality of our offerings and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications:**

* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in wine sales, event planning, or a combination of both.
* Strong knowledge of wines, including varietals, regions, and pairing suggestions.
* Familiarity with the Singapore market and its wine industry dynamics.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and build lasting relationships.
* Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.

Looking for a New Business Development Director with a proven track record to join as a senior member of the sales team. The new Business Development Director will be tasked with identifying and winning Private Equity and Real Estate Fund Administration mandates

The preferred candidate must have closed-ended funds sales experience, a CFO/COO and key intermediary network and be capable of building a significant pipeline of new business, working alongside dedicated subject matter experts and support teams

Responsibilities

• Build a network and pipeline in the Limited Partners (LP) space to position the firm’s portfolio administration service offering
• Take ownership of the sales process and lead commercial negotiations in line with internally agreed parameters

• Develop and manage the intermediary and third-party services provider network
