About the Role

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the commercial strategy for South Asia
• Support and coach the team in deal creation/progression/closing, complex sales and negotiations
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships in particular with the ‘C-Suite’ and Senior Managers
• Produce accurate revenue forecasting for new business sales and keep an up-to-date pipeline, contacts and visit records in SalesForce CRM system
• Develop an understanding of, and stay current on, the ICE Fixed Income & Data Services products and solutions and their application to the market in South Asia and internationally.
• Understand make up of client base and assist sales team in putting in place territory plans to meet objective
• Work with other senior leaders across the globe to drive top line revenue growth.

Knowledge and Experience

• 7+ years of direct sales and leadership experience in the institutional financial markets in South Asia, working with clients in our key segments
• 5 years’ experience leading/coaching sales teams to success
• Strong communication, organization, presentation and negotiation skills in Business English (verbal and written)
• Strong personal integrity and a confident and positive manner
• Work effectively in a team-based environment as well as independently
• Learning mindset
• A good understanding of the financial markets, sales, and passion is a must
