What you will do at VeSync:

1. Collaborate with internal brand teams to optimize resource sharing and support brand development in the Asia Pacific market.
2. Responsible for the output and sharing of localized e-commerce copywriting and retail channel marketing materials to ensure that the content meets the needs of the regional market.
3. Work closely with the sales team to promote the planning and implementation of agent product promotion and promotion projects. This includes budgeting, project planning and execution, as well as promoting the agency's media, influencer and advertising communication activities.
4. Establish and operate brand assets in the regional (Southeast Asia and Australia) market, including official website, social media official account, email marketing and APP content localization;
5. Assist in product market research, output regional brand growth strategy, and support continuous brand promotion.

What you bring to the role:

1. Proficient in English and Chinese as working language, overseas study/work background is preferred, mastery of Southeast Asian, Russian, Indian minority languages is preferred;
2. At least three years of brand marketing experience in overseas markets, with a solid marketing theory system, understand the promotion logic of overseas brands, familiar with 3C or home appliance industry is preferred;
3. Understand the culture, users and consumption habits of the Asia-Pacific market;
4. Excellent teamwork, communication and learning skills, able to quickly adapt and efficiently execute brand marketing tasks in overseas markets, and promote business growth and brand development.

Marketing Campaigns

• Act as the primary marketing partner for business units to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns that align with KPIs.
• Collaborate on strategic initiatives and ensure timely execution of marketing activities.

Event Marketing

• Plan and execute events to enhance customer engagement and support client acquisition efforts.
• Organize and manage events such as webinars, conferences and roadshows that engage existing customers and attract new prospects.

Digital & Performance Marketing

• Develop and optimize performance marketing campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and ROI.
• Leverage digital platforms to target key audiences.

• Present insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.

Social Media and Content Creation

• Oversee social media strategy, ensuring engaging content and strong audience engagement.
• Plan and execute content creation, copywriting and basic artwork creation/editing.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Branding, Performance Marketing and/or Communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to analyse market trends and customer insights to drive effective marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in tools such as Emplifi, Google Ads Manager, Appsflyer or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience in A/B testing and optimizing creatives and landing pages.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and generate innovative ideas.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Versatility to adapt and take on ad hoc responsibilities that may be outside the prescribed JD.

What you need

• In addition to BA/BS degree, at least 4 years work experience in tech marketing, brand management, strategy consulting, agency, or a related B2B industry with business acumen
• Experience at a marketing firm, agency, management consulting firm, bank, and/or in another role requiring strategic problem identification and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated analytical success. Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy.
• Penchant for technology, creativity to "think outside the box” and leadership to execute effectively
• Ability to speak and write in Tagalog fluently and idiomtically to communicate with local stakeholders.
