We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven Digital Marketing, Senior Executive to join our expanding team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in crafting and delivering captivating content to enhance our company's image, brand, and connection with customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Content Development

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products/services.
• Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email, marketing materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns and initiatives. Assist with logistics matters of events and campaigns.

Digital Marketing

• Design content strategies to effectively reach our target audience and marketing goals
• Manage and update company website and social media platforms with fresh and relevant content.
• Ensure that SEO and SMO strategies are effectively implemented
• Content Calendar Management
• Distribution of content across social media platforms and email channels to enhance brand visibility and actively engage our audience.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media platforms.

Collaboration

• Assist in organizing and executing promotional events and campaigns.
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
• Collaborate with external partners and agencies to maximize marketing impact.

Reporting and Analytics

• Prepare regular reports on marketing performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Literature, or related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within agencies.
• Portfolio showcasing published work.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in various content platforms like social media, blogs, and print media.
• Strong strategic, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in writing, editing, and proofreading marketing and communications materials.
• Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress, Drupal, and Joomla.
• Solid understanding of content optimization practices including SEO, SMO, and PPC.
• Knowledge of content and layout design tools like Canva, Adobe InCopy, and InDesign is advantageous.
• Results-driven, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• A team player with excellent collaborative skills across departments.

Role:

Sales & Digital Marketing cum Jewellery Designer

• Working Days: 5.5 days
• Working Timing: 9-6pm (Mon to Fri) and 9am to 1pm Saturday, Sunday & PH is off.
• Working Location: Orchard
• Starting Salary: $3000 + Commission

Requirements:

• Min. 2 year working experience, preferable in a jewellery field.
• Degree in Jewellery Design, Fine Arts or related field
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. Rhino, Jewel CAD), sketching and technical drawing.
• Knowledge of jewellery production processes and materials
• Excellent knowledge of trending social media platforms and good knowledge on computer skills.
• Knowledge in product photo taking will be added advantage.
• Willing to travel

Sales & Digital Marketing:

Responsible for providing quality service to customer & developing a good relationship with customer.

Maintaining boutique store environment cleanness & responsible for vitrine display.

Managing social media platforms, plan, and schedule social media content on a timely posting (Instagram, Facebook, Website, etc.)

Responding to client inquiries and managing sales appointment.

Taking product photos and editing when needed.
