We are an interior fit-out company and currently hiring for a highly motivated and Sales Designer. He/ she will be responsible to collect all design brief directly from client, providing space plan, design proposal, material selection, project management/ site coordination and pre and post renovation documentation works.

Job Description

• Collaborate with business development for potential prospects or online enquiry.

• Understand client’s requirements through design brief or meeting.

• Propose conceptualize design mood images, space planning, creative solutions and design proposal.

• Collaborate with CAD drafter and provide layout plans and construction detailed drawings.

• To meet up with clients for design proposal presentation.

• He / she must have the ability to spot any discrepancy between the actual site and drawings provided and highlight it to the team.

• Coordinate with sub-con and supplier to schedule the works for every project.

• Ensure the quality of the work from all sub-con and supplier.

Job Qualifications/ Requirements

• Possess at least a diploma or degree in interior design, architecture or equivalent experience.

• Proficient of AutoCAD software, Sketch Up, Photoshop and 3D rendering software. (Not a Must)

• Proficient in space planning, design proposal and interpersonal skills to sell his/ her design proposal.

• Strong knowledge of materials and latest trend of design.

• Strong in conceptual design and space planning.

• 2 to 5 years of related works experience.

• Proven track record and credibility.

• Must be able to work diligently under pressure to meet tight timeline.

• He/ she has a good time management and planning.

• Good communication skills, meticulous, able to work in team and also independently.

• Experience in interior fit out industry is preferred.

• Research and collation of market, competitive and business information and any ad-hoc marketing needs of the team

Administrative and reporting duties

• Support the brand team in animation and monthly reporting duties when needed
• Assist in administrative responsibilities such as invoice processing and sampling/tester management
• Assist in brand visual merchandising needs such as changing of trans and upgrading of counters

• Diploma or Degree holder specializing in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business
• At least 1 years of relevant working experiences in Beauty industry

SERVICE SALES

· Identify and develop potential business opportunities;

• Pace Services secured orders and margins for all services businesses (PSA – new/renew and Labor/Material) on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis ensuring high say/do versus sales plans. Drive linearity and predictability to hit targets repeatedly.
• Pulse all key deals and ensure visibility with actions around each with Services sales leaders, Sales Directors, Market GMs and others to drive closure while providing sufficient support.
• Change or improve current business models, structures, processes, tools, technologies to optimize performance.
• Development and management of new and innovative offerings to meet the customer needs and building APAC’s growth needs. Manage existing and new offerings effectively.
• Act as the key interface with APAC and other country Service Sales leads on Services Sales strategy plans. Be a strong advocate for Service Sales, leveraging APAC support teams (pricing, CoE, sales operations, procurement and others) to drive best practices.
• Work with Key Accounts, Digital other APAC teams to support and deliver on key customer needs and priorities. Act as a primary interface to customers in correctly positioning service offerings and commercial models, working alongside the APAC Service team and Service Sales & Operations within each market P&L.
• Develop, lead, drive and support the regional Service Sales Managers to achieve their sales and profitability objectives and to deliver their growth plans, while sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction and Service Sales business growth.

What we look for

Responsibilities

• Support the outdoor sales team in all sales related activities
• Prepare sales documents (sales quotation, sales contract, invoice & etc.)
• Coordinate and liaise with Operation Department pertaining to sales order and after sales supports
• Support Salesman in handling enquiries from customers including creating quotations.
