A Sales Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting the success of an organization. They are the leader in coordinating the day-to-day activities of the sales representatives and ensuring that they are meeting their goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our accounting, tax, payroll, and corporate services. Identify and target potential clients in Singapore and the broader region.
• Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and outreach. Conduct market research to understand client needs and tailor services to meet those needs.
• Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports. Track and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the professional services industry (accounting, tax, payroll, corporate services)
• Strong understanding of the corporate services market in Singapore and the broader region
