• Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Building/ Construction Management or related disciplines. Applicants with ITE Diploma will be employed as Quantity Surveying Assistant.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point) and possesses good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Conduct market research and collaborate with senior management to set objectives.
2. Brand Management: Oversee branding initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with company values.
3. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Optimize strategies to achieve KPIs.
4. Content Creation: Lead the creation of marketing materials (brochures, newsletters, press releases) and ensure brand consistency.
5. Digital Marketing: Develop and manage SEO, SEM, and social media strategies. Analyze digital performance and optimize online presence.
6. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
7. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering collaboration and achievement of goals.
8. Tradeshow Management: Organize and execute tradeshow plans, ensuring successful execution and follow-up on leads.
9. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Develop and promote CSR initiatives that align with company values.
10. Reporting & Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance to senior management, providing insights for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience managing a marketing team.
• Proven success in both online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Strong communication, project management, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with marketing automation and vendor management.
• Willingness to travel as required.
