1. Manage the day-to-day sales activities for the semiconductor manufacturing equipment products (e.g. CMP tool) within the designated sales territory so as to achieve the sales target set by management.
2. Monitor, regulate and direct the activities of the sales representatives to maximize the market opportunities.

Job Requirements

1. Knowledge of commercial and shipping documents (Incoterms)
2. Knowledge of the semiconductor manufacturing equipment products(e.g. CMP Tools).
3. Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent

The Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising Executive is responsible for ensuring consistency in branding guidelines across all boutiques and stores in Singapore. This role requires attention to detail, perfection in implementation and execution, and creativity in conceptualizing new ideas for in-store and out-of-store events. The ideal candidate must be proactive and able to work closely with the Singapore Marketing and Retail team, based on the planned Marketing calendar, while overseeing expenses related to these segments. As a brand guardian and ambassador, this position plays a pivotal role in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including Regional Marketing, Retail, Merchandising, Purchasing teams, external vendors, and retailers.

• TRADE MARKETING:

• Be the key person in charge of trade and client’s activation, elevating the brand and client’s journey aligned with the brand guidelines, ensuring best-in-class identity and execution.
• Main POC for execution on all set-up, changeover, logistics management, vendor/ supplier’s liaison, and event management during the day of event. This execution involves close collaboration with Retail and CRM team.

• HARD MERCHANDISING:

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Take charge of and execute comprehensive digital strategies across multiple regions
• Create, manage, and optimize digital campaigns on various platforms like Meta, SEM, Pmax, YouTube, SEO, and WordPress
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Team to elevate digital ad concepts and content, ensuring they align with overall brand strategies
• Monitor and provide reports on digital performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to achieve optimal results
• Upload and oversee worldwide digital ads, maintaining consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
• Utilize an ad tracker to analyze and report on the performance of global digital ads
• Conduct thorough market research on competitors and create insightful analysis presentations (PPT) to guide strategic decisions
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and drive traffic
• Coordinate with content creators to ensure the implementation of SEO best practices
• Create and manage impactful email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers

We are looking for someone with:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of proven expertise in the marketing or digital industry.

To facilitate and provide administrative and operational support on theatrical marketing of Universal Pictures films releases in South Asia region.The intern will get an insight into how Universal films are distributed and marketed, including adapting and localising Studio level strategies for South Asia audiences. The intern will also develop content creation skills, ideating engaging material for different markets and platforms, and facilitating creative reviews and asset servicing for our film releases. The intern will also have opportunities to collaborate and communicate with diverse teams in and outside of the organisation, as will be analyzing campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies. Additionally, the intern will stay abreast of industry trends and knowledge in film marketing.

Your responsibilities may span the following areas:

Work closely with Regional Marketing team to support the proper execution of film releases in markets across the region.

• Liaise with Home Office and licensee partners on marketing-related matters, not limited to campaign planning, publicity, and promotional activities
• Service marketing assets and materials to partners, local offices, and vendors
• Brief vendor and vet localisation work for pan-regional campaigns
• Facilitate approvals of publicity and creative requests between local offices and Home Office
• Consolidate campaign marketing reports during and after release
• Support region’s merchandise needs including gathering & submission of orders, facilitating creative approvals, and managing delivery
• Contribute insights and ideas in creative brainstorms for marketing strategies
• Monitor market trends and prepare any ad-hoc reports as needed
• General data and information gathering, collating, and reporting
• Assist with presentation decks
• Assist with administrative sales and distribution coordination as required
• Ad-hoc administrative support as required such as travel management for the team

As a key member of the APAC leadership team, you play a pivotal role in driving the business unit’s success by ensuring the APAC team meets financial KPIs and achieves growth exceeding market benchmarks.

As the Head of the Regional Marketing Team based in Singapore, you will lead efforts in:

• Developing and executing sales and market strategies.
• Providing sales support and driving New Product Introductions (NPI) and portfolio management for the BU Communications team across the APAC region.

In this role, you will also be responsible for empowering the regional marketing team to deliver measurable business growth while fostering continuous professional development, ensuring the team remains experts in their respective fields.

Sales and Market Strategy Focus

• Develop and implement the regional market strategy, incl. CSO Go to Market strategy, deployment and tracking
• Create and deploy sales actions/promotions and corrective sales measures, if realized sales performance and/or NPI is below planning
• Analyze BU (segment) market situation and take actions (marketing mix) to gain market share and improve market positioning 
• Conduct market analyses and competitive benchmarks (e.g. portfolio including pricing) and provide related strategies
• Provide input for business planning and regular review of planning/forecasting (yearly planning, phase-out, launch planning)
• Provide input for CSO annual action plans.

Sales Support Focus

• Ensure and support the definition and implementation of the commercial training and certification plan (yearly plans, as well as for new launches)
• Conduct commercial training sessions regularly and ensures training success (internal and customers). Deliver input for development of BU specific commercial training material to BT-CO/MKK (or Regional Training Responsible Colleague)
• Support sales and business development team in customer management/customer visits
• Regional demo stock and life cycle management
• Support regional cross-BU activities (e.g. events, trade shows)
• Ensure spot pricing process and actively be involved in decision process
• Coordinate and escalate technical / QMM issues above and beyond normal ASA support and way-of-working; Trouble shooter: coordinate all product related issues between Customer-CSO-BU-ASA.

NPI/Portfolio focus

• Coordinate and create Sales Forecast new products and align NPI targets with sales organizations, implement corrective measures if NPI is below plan
• Contribute to product/service development by anticipating market trends, end-user and customer needs
• Lead/Support Product Introduction Process (PIP) on all defined process steps, including market input and regional introduction plan
• Contribute to initial product pricing and manage price maintenance and repositioning; support BT-BU/MKR of the country (cluster) in up to date price lists
• Develop the promotion basket for the region/countries
• Coordinate and support regional inventory sell-off programs (EOL, excess inventory)
• Manage product launch in the region (create launch plan, run launch and evaluate)
• Observe the market to ensure together with BT-BU/MKP that our regional product offer is compliant with legal requirements in the field.
