Overview of the role

AMOS is currently seeking candidates for our Head of GLOBAL Sales. Successful candidates will have a background in managing sales and account management teams, ideally within the marine and energy industries. Responsibilities and duties (include but not limited to)

Sales Management

• Leads the development and implementation of the sales plan to deliver revenue and margin targets driving P&L growth.
• Ensures alignment with overall sales strategy and priorities whilst anticipating local complex issues, challenges and opportunities.
• Effectively communicates the overall sales strategy and business plan to the sales team, ensuring every member of the team understands how they personally contribute to achieving business aims and values. • To assign sales budget to each member of the sales team in accordance with the respective region.

Reviews and authorises sales proposals to ensure that these are constructed within acceptable commercial and risk parameters.

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Aftermarket sales executive to the Aftermarket Sales Manager, you are responsible for working with the CPM sales team, CPM Sales Network and the Aftermarket Sales Manager, and other colleagues to define and champion commercial efforts for the entire CPM product line for the Aftermarket in South East AsiaRegion.

The focus is to both affirm our market presence within the existing customer base and grow our business in the region. Your Role

As our Sales Engineer, you will play a vital role in the company’s revenue growth through obtaining new sales from existing and new customers, as well as maintaining strong business relationship with customers.

Your Calling

· Plan and carry out sales activities (quotation, price negotiation, delivery, etc.)

· Exploring new potential customers and obtain new businesses

· Execute sales and marketing strategies to improve/increase sales revenue

· Liaise with customers and address their feedbacks/issues

· Establish and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential customers

· Provide sales and technical/engineering support to customers

· Prepare and deliver technical presentation to explain and promote company’s services

· Keep track of orders and ensure timely delivery

Your Success Factors

· Min. ITE in Precision/Manufacturing Engineering or similar field

· Able to read and interpret technical drawings

· Experience in Precision Engineering or related field advantageous

· Have experience in using ERP Systems advantageous

Sales Manager Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
