To achieve monthly and annual rental & sales revenue by servicing new and existing customers through renting & selling of Choon Huat’s construction equipment to the construction industry.

Job Description

• Create new accounts and identify new business opportunities in the equipment rental & sales business;
• Development of new customers and new applications / solutions for existing customers;
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations to the management;
• To ensure that the network of current and potential customers is expanded and maintained through weekly external face to face and telephone sales calls;
• Coordinate and liaise with Operation Department pertaining to sales order and after sales supports;
• Communicate technical expectation to the customer relating to the proposed solution, Choon Huat’s fleet, installation, operation and maintenance of all services provide;
• Take on call responsibility as required, and promote all Choon Huat products and services at all times;
• Cultivate relationships with existing and potential customers; and
• Submit sales activity reports regularly.

Requirements

• No prior experience required. Bonus if the candidate has an experience in renewable energy technologies (solar, wind, energy storage, etc.).

Job Descriptions

1. Manage the day-to-day sales activities for the semiconductor manufacturing equipment products (e.g. CMP tool) within the designated sales territory so as to achieve the sales target set by management.
2. Monitor, regulate and direct the activities of the sales representatives to maximize the market opportunities.

Job Requirements

1. Knowledge of commercial and shipping documents (Incoterms)

• Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of all online marketing channels such as SEO and SEM
• Keep track of the movement in the social media platform
• Handle Marketing research and competitor analysis

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers warmly and assist them with jewellery selection, styling and purchases
• Share with customers about the quality, value and craftsmanship of various jewellery pieces effectively
• Maintain the display cases, ensuring all jewellery is presented in an attractive and organised manner
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and digital payments
• Support inventory management, stock-taking, and merchandising efforts

Requirements:

• Previous retail experiences, ideally in jewellery
• Strong sales skills with a customer-oriented approach and a passion for luxury retail
• Polished appearance, professional demeanour and excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings/holidays when required
