1. Launch Preparation & Strategy

• Coordinate with the Marketing Managers and help prepare launch marketing presentations, booklets, assortment analysis and product orders.
• Identify and adapt the international launch packages to APAC (retail-tainment ideas, local productions, translations, visuals etc.).
• Help to prepare 360 launch platforms sent out 2 months prior to launch.

1. Business & Competition Analysis

• Carry out post-launch reports and ad-hoc business analysis with recommendations.
• Keep competitors’ initiatives under scrutiny and provide follow-up on competitors’ launches and interesting innovations to ensure the Marketing team members have the latest market information

1. Marketing Operations & Administrative

• Reporting: Weekly newsletters to send out to all regions, weekly & monthly newsletters to HQ
• Preparation of launch collaterals (including items like video loops & translations)
• Logistics (including but not exhaustive): Dispatch of HQ and local produced collaterals, product samples to different markets

Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Positioning: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to define our product’s value proposition, positioning, and key differentiators.
• Messaging & Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing materials (blogs, videos, social posts, one-pagers, etc.) to educate audiences and communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points.
• Performance Tracking & Optimisation: Monitor the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns, using insights to refine strategies and enhance GTM efforts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, business development, customer success, brand, and design teams to align messaging and support go-to-market strategies.

Requirements:

• 2 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS / Payment / Fintech / POS System, with a deep understanding of the SME market.
• Skilled in articulating product value propositions and simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proven success in creating impactful marketing materials that drive engagement and conversions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Role Purpose:
The position is responsible for driving digital marketing strategies to achieve lead generation and revenue targets across 7 key South East Asian markets. The incumbent will collaborate with regional and country teams to execute impactful marketing initiatives.

4. Web Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and improve performance.
   Report key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics regularly.
   
5. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team.
   Foster collaboration and set clear performance targets.
   
6. Financial Management: Manage budgets effectively, aligning expenditures with business priorities.
   
7. General: Handle additional responsibilities as assigned.
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
• 8–10 years of experience in digital marketing, with success in SEO, SEM, and lead generation across South East Asia.
• 3–5 years in a leadership role managing digital teams.
• Strong planning, communication, and relationship management skills.

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with digital platforms (websites, social media).
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, and Social Media marketing.

Desirable:

• Experience in travel, e-commerce, or financial services industries.
• Familiarity with working in dynamic, global environments.

• Strong ability to optimize advertising strategies based on competitive analysis and market data, continuously improving performance metrics.
• Capability to align advertising strategies with company growth goals and execute plans to maximize user acquisition and engagement.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with experience in building and developing successful growth teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese to effectively manage Chinese-speaking stakeholders and global KOL partnerships.
