What you need to succeed

· 5+ years of experience in Marketing B2B software or technology, preferably in Enterprise segment & experience selling to Global Multi-National Corporations (MNC).

· Strong Written & verbal communication skills in English and Thai language

· Strong strategic agility to understand market & adapt strategies to deliver success.

· Outstanding interpersonal communication and collaboration - experience working across matrix organizations.

· Proven success in delivering best of breed marketing strategies including ABM, Digital, Webinar, Events, PR/Comms.

· Exceptional ability to project manage, multi-task, delegate and prioritize work to deliver growth goals. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

· Strong numeric skill set, able to analyse data, understand trends & measure success of programs in order to optimise results.

Job Description:

• Participates in marketing projects and duties assigned by the HOD.
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat).
• Launch optimised online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook to increase company and brand awareness.
• Be actively involved in SEO efforts (e.g., keyword, image optimisation).
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends);
• Supports Digital Marketing department in all necessary content creation and execution, including promotional collaterals, e-newsletter, social media graphic content and web banners.

• Proficient in Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc. WordPress.
• Knowledge in photo taking and video editing will be an added advantage.
