Responsibilities & Duties :

• Service knowledge including pricing, cost and profitability, market acceptance, channel, and competitive dynamics.
• Offer technical support and expertise advice to customers
• Increase sales primarily through direct contact or/and new/existing channel partners.
• Regularly monitors and reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Other duties may be assigned.

Professional Qualifications

• Diploma mechanical/Chemical Engineering with field experience is preferred.
• 1 to 3years relevant experience in handling sales
• Proficient with Microsoft Office & One Drive.

• Over-all 5-8yrs in experience Information technology related industry as sales/Business development executive
• Must have at least 2yrs Selling Enterprise Solution or Services with experience in Software license sales. Experience in Singapore and should be familiar with the local and regional markets.
• Responsibilities include:

· Involves cold calling and lead generation

· Handling of existing and new clients and to provide solutioning.

· Identify and develop new business opportunities. Conducting sales presentations to IT Heads and Managers. Plan and strategize on selling process to closure of the deal.

· Establishing good business relationship with clients and understanding their needs, identifying their every individual wins so to understand them for strategic planning purposes, educate and provide them with the suitable solution/ consultancy services that they require

· Participate in seminars/events and network to generate prospects

· Liaise and build relationship with OEM

· Work closely with internal Pre-sales-Technical consultants and to ensure the client requirements are met to submit proposals/quotes

• Qualification and others requirements:

· Degree or diploma in Sales/Marketing desired

· Related work experience with ISV/Software Solution vendors will be highly advantageous.

· Should have good experience in MS-Office
